I occupy a 2400+ square ft. office in G & L Realty’s flagship medical building at 436 North Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills. I have leased this space since 1990 for my exclusive practice of facial cosmetic surgery. We are looking for a “time share” of sorts. Half or whole days are dedicated to either us or the sub-lessee. In other words, at no time are both practices seeing patients simultaneously. This worked very well for us and our sub-tenants for many years. This also works as a satellite office for one who wishes to have a Beverly Hills identity and access to another patient population.
